Published as a 12 page spread, my feature (photos and text) called The Mystery of the Jars, was published in this month Discovery Magazine of the Discovery Channel. The article is about mysterious jars full of human remains found at sacred sites scattered throughout Cambodia’s Cardamon Forest.

In January 2012 I accompanied Dr Nancy Beavan and her team on expedition to the largest known site. Airlifted in and out of the forest, I spent a week at the site whilst the team surveyed the location, restoring broken jars, taking bone samples for radio-carbon dating and counting the number of bones. And why? to try and work out who these mysterious people were and why they placed their dead in such jars.
