This weekend saw the publishing of a cover-story I shot on assignment for Die Zeit Magazine in Germany. The story tells us about a German man and elephant expert called Bodo Forster who has lived in the north of Thailand for 20 years working and training elephants. The journalist Ralph Geisenhanslueke challenges himself to a three day intense training course given by Bodo on how to control a working elephant over-coming his fears of dealing with such a large creature.
